Who handles the information
Xiamen Finer Packaging Co., Ltd., operating the Finer Pack brand in Xiamen, China, handles information submitted through this website for packaging inquiry evaluation and response.
What we collect
We collect the contact details, company information, delivery market, product and packaging specifications, quantities, written requirements and artwork or reference files that you choose to submit. The website also records the source page and an inquiry reference so the project can be located and followed up.
Why we use it
The information is used to review product fit, recommend packaging structures, clarify missing inputs, prepare quotations or sampling steps, prevent form abuse and maintain a record of the business inquiry. We do not use uploaded artwork as public portfolio content without separate permission.
Files, AI chat and service providers
Uploaded files are stored in private website storage linked to the inquiry. Questions sent through the AI packaging chat are processed by an AI service provider together with server-selected Finer Pack website knowledge to generate a response. Do not enter confidential artwork, personal, payment or sensitive third-party information in the chat. Hosting, file storage, AI and transactional email providers may process information only as needed to operate these website features.
Retention and security
Inquiry records and files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, sampling, production follow-up, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Access is limited to people and service providers supporting the inquiry. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask whether we hold your inquiry information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from further sales communication. Some records may need to be retained when required for an active order, legal obligation or dispute.
