Who writes
A team voice, not a fictional expert.
Packaging guides are published by the Finer Pack Packaging Engineering Team. The team voice uses “we” for its working method. We do not attach invented names, credentials or review roles to an article.
When a future article names an individual author or reviewer, that person must have a real profile, defined responsibility and verifiable professional context.
Evidence with boundaries
Technical and regulatory statements use primary or official sources where practical. Company capability, customer feedback and community observations are labeled by evidence type.
Visible uncertainty
Project-dependent details such as MOQ, timing, performance and environmental claims are not presented as universal promises.
Corrections over concealment
Material errors are corrected in the page and the reviewed date is updated when the substance changes.
Research and review
How a guide is prepared.
We begin with a real buyer decision, identify what evidence the answer requires, and separate general packaging practice from project-specific approval.
- Define the question.Use the language a buyer uses when comparing, specifying or approving packaging.
- Check the evidence.Prefer standards bodies, regulators, certification owners and other primary sources for factual claims.
- Add production context.Explain what the source means for a dieline, sample, material, print or approval decision.
- State the limit.Identify what a sample, certificate, image, review or source does not prove.
- Review the rendered page.Check the answer, links, images, labels, publication date and related buyer path before release.
Images and AI assistance
Representative imagery stays clearly labeled.
Real factory, certificate and packaging-reference images are described as such. Representative capability images do not imply an endorsed customer relationship. AI-generated images are labeled in their alt text or caption and are not presented as customer projects, production tests or documentary evidence.
Updates and corrections
Dates reflect substantive review.
The published date records first release. The reviewed or modified date changes when the factual guidance, evidence, recommendation or decision path is materially updated—not simply because a page was rebuilt.

Source hierarchy
Primary sources first.
Official standards, regulators, certification owners and technical source material take priority. Supplier material is used for that supplier’s own system. Public customer feedback is attributed. Reddit or similar communities may illustrate buyer or practitioner concerns, but do not establish technical performance, market size or legal requirements.
